At ColorfulNeon, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Any products that are "in transit" are not eligible for returns/refunds until they are received by us.
• To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
• All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
