- Any products that are "in transit" are not eligible for returns/refunds until they are received by us.
- To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
